Revelación. It’s Spanish for revelation. Uncork it. Pour it. Drink it. You’ll have the sudden revelation you’ve never truly tasted a Spanish-blend like this before. Four different grapes, all stars of their own show. Tempranillo. Grenache. Cabernet Sauvignon. Petite Sirah. It’s a wildly difficult wine to place your palate on but a wine you can’t put down. Blackberry, bramble, cocoa and balsam are on the nose with dark fruit, licorice, thyme and mocha on the palate. Pair it with Tri-tip, voluptuous ricotta-stuffed pasta shells, juicy grilled burgers. Anything hearty.

“Brilliant ruby. Smoke-accented cherry and cassis aromas are complicated by mocha, vanilla and cured tobacco notes. Ripe dark fruit, licorice and floral pastille flavors show very good clarity and a supporting spine of juicy acidity. The licorice note repeats on the persistent, oak-spiced finish, which is framed by smooth, even tannins.”
