2021 Carbonic Grenache Joven

Fermented by carbonic maceration for 11 days in bins then pressed to a stainless steel tank while alcoholic fermentation was completed. Secondary fermentation took place in neutral French oak barrels where the wine was aged for four months. No SO2 was added until just prior to bottling.

And, it's designed with a screw top to remind the wine drinker that, sometimes, life has a way of working out, even when you forget your corkscrew for your afternoon picnic.
