Croma Vera Wines offers exclusive private buyouts of our upscale tasting room for gatherings of up to 22 guests indoors or 40 guests using both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration, client appreciation event, rehearsal dinner, or friends’ gathering, our award-winning wines and stylish urban setting make for an unforgettable and low-stress experience.

  • Capacity: Up to 22 guests indoors, seated; up to 40 guests using indoor + outdoor spaces
  • Outdoor Patio: Weather permitting, our patio offers seating for up to 20 guests in large, comfortable chairs with cushions, umbrellas for shade and candles for ambiance
  • Event Length: 2–6 hours.
  • Minimum Wine Purchase: $750–$2,500, based on date and event duration. There is no additional rental fee.
  • Location: Just minutes from downtown San Luis Obispo, in the heart of Duncan Alley.

  • Intimate setting with four tables that seat four people each
  • A sit/stand bar for 6 guests
  • Warm, modern design perfect for conversation and celebration

Beverage Service

We can customize your beverage offerings to suit your event:

  • Wine by the glass, bottle, or 2–3 oz pours for guided tastings
  • Wine-based cocktails – unique, handcrafted options
  • Non-alcoholic beverages – curated to pair beautifully with our wines and food
  • Filtered, chilled water
  • Want to add a learning experience? We’re happy to share educational insights about our Spanish-style wines during your tasting.
  • No outside alcoholic beverages permitted due to our licensing.
