Shipping Days

We ship wine every Monday and Tuesday, or on request during the week.

Weather Holds

To protect your wine, we may delay shipments to areas with temperatures above 80°F or below 50°F.

Shipping Rates

  • $10 flat rate for California orders over $149
  • $25 flat rate for other eligible states for orders over $149
  • Applies to ground shipping only via our preferred carriers: UPS, GLS, and FedEx
  • If you select a non-preferred carrier or upgraded service, you’ll pay the full shipping cost

Adult Signature Required

You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive wine. All shipments require the signature of a sober adult (21 years or older) upon delivery. Wine cannot be left at your door.

Missed Deliveries & Returns

Shipping wine is expensive and requires a signature from an adult. Here's how we help:

  • You will receive an email with tracking and delivery info when your wine ships.
  • After the second missed delivery, we will send you a reminder via text and email.
  • After the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to us.

If your order is returned:

Due to the perishable nature of wine, we cannot guarantee the quality of bottles that have been in transit and then returned. As a result, we are unable to resell them and cannot offer refunds on returned, shipped wine.

  • We will hold your wine for 30 days from the date of return.
  • You may reship it at your expense, at the carrier’s current rate.
  • After 30 days, if no arrangements are made, we will issue a gift card for 70% of your purchase, excluding shipping fees, for your future use.

Shipping Wine is Tricky

Wine is perishable and does not like excessive heat or cold. While we do our best to ship when weather conditions are safe, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather extremes. To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to:

  • A business address, or
  • A nearby UPS Access Point or UPS Store
  • If damage to the shipping box is visible, do not accept the order from the shipping company.

States We Ship To

We can ship to all US states (directly or indirectly) except the following:
AK, AL, AR, CT, DE, HI, KY, ME, MS, MT, NJ, RI, SD, UT, or VA
