Tasting Room Policies

Animals

You are welcome to bring your well-behaved dog or cat to Croma Vera, subject to a few requirements.

  • Your animal must be well-behaved and leashed at all times. 
  • If your animal growls, barks, or acts aggressively, we will provide a single warning.

Group Reservations Policy

We recommend a reservation for all visitors to ensure the best possible experience. However, walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we request that group visits adhere to the guidelines below.

Groups of 1–6 Guests

  • Reservations may be made online.
  • Standard tasting fees apply.
  • Tastings can be waived with a two-bottle purchase or by joining the club.

Groups of 7–12 Guests

  • Reservations required. Please contact Chris, chris@cromavera.com to make a reservation.
  • Minimum spend of $40 per person (includes tastings, glasses of wine, or bottles to enjoy onsite or take home).
  • Groups of 7-12 guests without a reservation are invited to enjoy wine by the glass or bottle (no tastings) on the patio with a minimum charge of $40 per person, subject to availability.
  • We can not accept groups larger than 12 without a reservation.

Groups of More Than 12 Guests

  • Custom arrangements available. 
  • Capacity: up to 22 guests indoors or 40 guests using both the tasting room and patio (weather permitting). 
  • Depending on the day, time, and length of visit, private tasting room reservations are available for a minimum spend of $500–$2,500.
  • There is no rental fee beyond the minimum spend.

Food

  • We offer a delicious gourmet cheese and charcuterie plate prepared by Chef Kimi Walker of Wren Provisions, as well as a chocolate truffle pairing.
  • Outside food is not permitted inside the tasting room.
  • In addition to our food options, you are welcome to enjoy food purchased from Duncan Alley's mobile food trucks on our patio. No other outside food is permitted on the patio.

Reservation Times

  • Unless otherwise arranged, reservations are for 1.5 hours to ensure that all guests can enjoy their experience.
  • If other guests are waiting for seating or if we have upcoming reservations, we may ask that you relinquish your table at the end of your reserved time.
  • We are happy to accommodate a longer reservation time if space allows.

Other Rules

  • We reserve the right to end service to anyone.
  • Children and guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older and supervised at all times.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.
