Red wine

Food Pairing: spicy Asian dishes like Pad Thai and curry, roasted lamb

“Brilliant ruby. Intense blackberry, cherry pit and cola scents, along with a hint of pungent flowers. Broad and fleshy in the mouth, offering concentrated dark berry and vanilla flavors that pick up a peppery element with aeration. Smooth, rounded tannins frame the warm, expansive finish, which echoes the dark berry note.”
