Product notes
Underneath the cork. Revelación.
It’s Spanish for revelation. Uncork it. Pour it. Drink it. You’ll have the sudden revelation you’ve never truly tasted a Spanish-blend like this before. Four different grapes, all stars of their own show. Tempranillo. Grenache. Cabernet Sauvignon. Petite Sirah. It’s a wildly difficult wine to place your palate on but a wine you can’t put down. Black Currant, plump, as it should be. Pie Crust, rich and crisp. Violet, as if you’re tasting color. All contrasted against wet, earthy Loam. Pair it with Tri-tip, voluptuous ricotta-stuffed pasta shells, juicy grilled burgers. Anything hearty.
"Revelation is the crack in the dam that leads to creative and spiritual breakthroughs. Women once had the revelation that they deserved the right to vote. One woman, a woman by the name of Rosa Parks, had the revelation that she deserved to sit anywhere on a bus, despite the shade of her skin. A scientist by the name of Thomas Edison had the revelation that there should be light more luminescent than a candle or a lantern or a fire. An Austrian-Physician named Ignaz Semmelweis had the revelation that those caring for laboring mothers should wash their hands before doing so. Mahatma Gandhi had the revelation that India deserved its own independence. Claud Monet had the revelation that we needed “A Woman with Parasol” and Beethoven had the revelation that we needed Moonlight Sonata, No. 14 Op. 27 and Virginia Woolf had the revelation that we needed Mrs. Dalloway. And so on. Revelación is Spanish for revelation and while drinking this stunning Spanish-blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah may not lead to your revelation, it’ll be a constant reminder, with each passing sip, to keep chasing it, forever and always."
