Grenache, a cornerstone of Spanish and Rhône winemaking, is known for its bright red fruit and spice-driven character. In Paso Robles, warm days and cool nights allow Grenache to ripen fully while maintaining its natural acidity, resulting in a fresh and expressive wine.
Our 2022 Carbonic Grenache Joven, Brave Oak Vineyard in Paso Robles, is a lively and fruit-forward red with juicy strawberry, raspberry, and floral notes, complemented by a hint of spice. Fermented using carbonic maceration for 12 days and then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months, this winemaking technique enhances freshness while softening tannins for a smooth, easy-drinking texture. Served chilled with grilled vegetables, charcuterie, or sip it alongside something deliciously casual like pizza, chips and salsa or chow mein.

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday via UPS or Fedex Ground from San Luis Obispo, CA. Depending on the shipping destination's distance from us, orders will arrive 1-5 days after they ship, on average.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You may pick up your order at our tasting room located at 3183 Duncan Rd Ste D in San Luis Obispo. Select the "Pick up in store" delivery option at checkout.
